This past summer, I took a photography trip to downtown Buffalo on a Sunday afternoon. Sunday is a good day for this because there are less people around, and finding a parking space is much easier. Niagara Square is located at the center of the traffic circle, directly in front of City Hall.
The Liberty building can be seen in the background, it’s the building with the two green sculptures on top of it. You might also be interested in the painting that I posted recently that was a close up of the Liberty Building.
